Welcome to MykoLyna (Mykola and GaLyna) site.
Just a few words about us. We are an American-Ukrainian family and have lived in the USA since 2001. MykoLyna was founded in 2002 as a small family business involved in crafting and selling unique and unusual creations made of wood, birch bark, glass seed beads, etc.
All of the things are entirely handmade. Many of them are created by members of Mykolyna's family, their generous friends, and other talented Ukrainian artisans and craft makers. Their origin is the Carpathian Mountains region of Western Ukraine and the Central region of Ukraine.
Beaded items are made in Mykolyna's hometown in Cedar Hill, Texas, where we have lived for 22 years.
MykoLyna has participated in many art & craft shows and festivals, exhibiting and selling hundreds of adorable and intricate pieces. Selling locally, we can interact with customers one-on-one while allowing them to see the work's creativity close up.
We are very excited about the opportunity to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of these items to many visitors through this website and provide items for sale in statewide arts/crafts shows, fairs, festivals, and online through Square Marketplace (https://mykolyna.square.site).
There is a limited collection of wooden and hand-painted crafts, but the beaded products are made locally in Cedar Hill, Texas, so feel free to ask us to customize them by size, color, etc.
